What are the career options if I undergo these courses?

Career options are wide… You can kick-start your career at cruise line industry if you choose Diploma in Cruiseline Hospitality programme;

And you can develop your career at Hospitality industry (India/Abroad), if you choose Diploma in Hospitality Management programme.

 Fees are as per standard and as per industrial norms. Will be explained once you visit our Office.

I am already working as a cook in a 4-star hotel, and I have experience of around 2 years. Which course would you suggest me to develop my career at cruise line industry?

 CERTIFIED HOSPITALITY SKILLS ENHANCEMENT & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (NSDC CERTIFIED)

I have experience of around 7 years as a commis 2 at a 5 star hotel. And my age is 29. I am looking to develop my career in the cruise line industry. Is it mandatory for me to attend this cruise line training programme?

You can apply direclty through RACE PLACEMENT CELL. Training not mandatory, it's required only for those who are from non hospitality background and not having relevant Experience/skills/Knowledge.

I am interested to undergo this cruise line training at RACE. My question is –After completing the training, Am I eligible to face the interview?

 We appreciate your interest to undergo this cruise line training. However, at the end of training, you have to undergo final Assessment with screening test. Once you clear this, you will be eligible to undergo for the actual interview.

 I am a fresher. Just completed my HSC last year. I wish to join the cruiseline industry. Can I know the process?

 First of all, you need to undergo the Cruiseline Training programme. After the training, you have to work in 4/5 star hotels in India to gain experience of minimum 1 year and then only you are eligible to apply for the cruise jobs through RACE PLACEMENT CELL.

I am a fresher. I wish to go abroad to work in Hospitality industry. Which course would you recommend me?

 You can opt Diploma in Hospitality and then need to work in 4/5-star hotel for min 1 or 2 years in India to gain experience and then you are eligible to apply for international jobs through RACE PLACEMENT CELL.

I am a fresher. What career options you can suggest me for cruise line industry. And what will be the steps in recruitment, Pls explain in detail?

Options are wide!!! First of all, you need to attend the personal interview at RACE, Once you are eligible then need to undergo Training. After completion of training at RACE, you have to gain experience Min. 1 year at any 4/5 star hotels in India. After gaining 1-year experience, you have to meet us for pre-screening test. After clearing the pre-screening test, you will be eligible to apply for cruise line industry through Race Placement Cell.

Do you provide job guarantee after completion of training?

I would like to share an eternal fact here: No one in the market provides job guarantee unless and until you perform well in the interview. Job guarantee depends on the way you give the interview. However, we provide 100% Job Assistance.

Do you charge for placement for Cruise or Land jobs?

Charges are only for Training and not for placement. However, only for Abroad land jobs (Star hotels / Restaurants at abroad), candidates may require to pay the consultancy fees which are required for their Medical / Visa/ flight tickets.

Is the Training Fee Refundable?

No, It’s not refundable at any point of time.

What kind of certification we can get if we undergo these courses?

You will get CERTIFICATE OF DIPLOMA if you undergo any diploma courses at RACE.

And you will get NSDC certification if you undergo CERTIFIED HOSPITALITY SKILLS ENHANCEMENT & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME.
